Malmaison Aberdeen

Part new build, part original façade, the Malmaison Aberdeen is a boutique hotel, once the famous Queen’s Hotel. Malmaison have given the building a new lease of life with the usual Malmaison style and flair for design.

From its imposing Art-Nouveau style cast iron entrance to the castle–like turret, Malmaison Aberdeen is a beautiful mix of old and new. The art in Malmaison Aberdeen is inspired by the locality and includes rural scenes and traditional artwork of farm animals. The hotel’s strong Celtic theme is maintained throughout with framed kilts and tartan upholstery.

The traditional, rustic styling has some arresting features including stags’ Heads mounted above the fireplace lounge area. Not forgetting two of the luxury suites, Crathes and Balmoral, which contain artwork of their namesakes, making for a truly regal stay.

If you’re looking for a great base for your golfing holiday in Aberdeen, it’s got to be Malmaison. Perfectly situated in the smart West End area, surrounded by the imposing granite buildings from which Aberdeen takes its name as the 'Granite City'.
